1. Pick your agent
| Agent | Best if you already use | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Duet | Claude Pro or Max | Set up Duet |
| OpenAI Dots | ChatGPT Pro | Set up Dots |
| Grok Bot | SuperGrok Heavy | Set up Grok Bot |
No always-on agent? Claude or ChatGPT can do the same steps when you ask them in a chat.
2. Connect VFXFlow
Add VFXFlow as a connector with the server URL https://vfxflow.dev/mcp, then sign in with Google and approve access. The MCP docs list every tool.
3. Give it a nightly routine
Every morning, check VFXFlow (get_twitch_status, list_projects) for last night's stream. 1. If the stream has no footage yet (OBS wasn't running), call import_twitch_vod, download that VOD from Twitch Video Producer and upload it with the link VFXFlow gives you. 2. Use list_stream_moments to see what chat reacted to, and tell me the top three. 3. When get_project says the edits are ready, send me the clips, the full video and both thumbnails. 4. Post only after I approve. Never post a clip I haven't seen.
4. Keep a human in the loop
- Leave Autopilot on approve-first until you've liked a week of edits.
- Have the agent send the top three moments with a one-line reason each.
- Never give the agent your social passwords; post through VFXFlow.
An agent is optional. The Twitch bot and VFXFlow for OBS run Autopilot without one.
VFXFlow is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.
